I don’t know all that much about computers, and need to buy a laptop/notebook computer for my university study.
I will use it mainly for online study materials/forums, as well as word processing & emails mainly.
I’m trying not to pay a lot of money for it (up to $1400 AUD), and am considering a Compaq Presario CQ60-217TX.
Can anyone give me some feedback on this computer? Would it also be able to run games like Spore?

I have to said Compaq is one of the worst brand out there.
I have been using Computer for at least 8 years.
I have used.
1. Sony=great
2.Compaq=bad Motherboard burn out and hardware = bad
3.Toshibad = bad Hardware=bad
4.HP= good
5.Dell= good
6. Emachine= fine = hardware is not very good.
